Meet Carla

Hi, I’m Carla — founder of Kids Money Mentor.

I created Kids Money Mentor to make teaching children about money feel approachable for families and exciting for kids.

My approach combines storytelling, repetition, visual learning, and real-life activities that help children understand money in ways they can actually remember and apply.

Everything we create is designed to help families build healthy money habits together—starting early and growing with confidence.

The Kids Money Mentor Method

Learning how to prepare for future goals.

Making thoughtful everyday choices.

Understanding generosity and kindness.

At the heart of Kids Money Mentor is our simple KMM 3 Jars System:

By teaching one concept at a time, children learn money habits in a way that feels simple, visual, and easy to practice at home.

No guesswork. No complicated financial language. Just a clear sequence designed for young kids.

Meet the Characters

Throughout the Kids Money Mentor journey, families will meet recurring characters including Lizzie, Jason, Mom, Dad, Nana & Papa, and Gigi & Papi.

These characters help bring money lessons to life through stories, activities, and everyday family moments kids can relate to and remember.
